Zachariah Wiedeman is an actor, writer, musician, singer/songwriter, & entrepreneur. His first acting gig was as Prince Chululongkorn in Joplin Little Theatre‘s 1993 summer production of The King & I. Since then, he has been involved with numerous stage productions both in front of and behind the curtain. Currently, he is working on scripting and composing a full-length musical.

Zachariah grew up with his five sisters and one brother in Joplin, Missouri. After graduating from high school, he moved to Chicago and briefly attended Greenville College where he majored in theater before transferring to the University of Illinois, Chicago. Zachariah was in and out of college for a few years before he joined the United States Air Force in 2003. After serving four years on active duty, Zachariah left the Air Force and returned to UIC to complete his degree in Economics & Entrepreneurship at UIC. He has also taken a few improv classes at Second City and plans to continue his acting training while also developing his writing, directing, and producing skills. He currently resides in Chicago with his loving companion and rescued Border Collie/Aussie, Starbuck.
